МЕТОД ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ РІВНЯ СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ЯКОСТІ ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ В ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО- ТЕЛЕКОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМАХ
Анотація
Пропонується в рамках функціонально-вартісного аналізу синтез вирішальних правил для прогнозування рівня сприйняття якості обслуговування клієнтів інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи. Розглядається застосування узагальненого критерію І.В. Кузьміна, інформаційна складова якого обчислюється в процесі інформаційно-екстремального навчання, а вартісна складова – в процесі підрахунку затрат на формування вхідного математичного опису системи та втрат внаслідок помилок прогнозування.
